How do I connect a controller to my apple arcade device?
Go to Settings > Bluetooth > Turn on Bluetooth.
Your controller will have unique instructions for making it discoverable by your Apple Arcade device. Make your device discoverable.
Once discoverable, select the controller from the list in the Bluetooth menu and it will be connected.
EXAMPLES
PS4 Dual shock - Hold the PS Button and Share button together until the controller starts blinking.
Xbox One - Turn on the controller with the X box button. Hold the sync button until the controller starts blinking.
How do I play with a friend locally on the same device?
Follow the Instructions above for connecting a Bluetooth controller.
Connect a second Bluetooth controller.
Go to Versus > Versus Player. Both players will be able to select a character to play.
How can I adjust the on screen controls?
During gameplay, pause the game by touching the timer at the top of the screen. This can also be done by pressing pause on a controller. (This cannot be done during online play)
From the pause menu, select the cog icon at the bottom right of the screen and select “controls”.
From this menu you can adjust the size and position of the on screen touch controls.
To exit press the return icon.
how can I skip cinematics?
During a cinematic, press and hold the screen or hold down select with any controller.
When the wheel icon fills the cinematic will be skipped.
Why can’t I connect to an opponent online?
Depending on your router it may be necessary to change or open your port settings.
Review your router’s official guide for instructions on how to open ports for online play.
